Tracy received her bachelor of fine arts from Southwest Texas State University in 1986. Since then, she has been a teacher, bus driver, volunteer, and bartender. She has exhibited her artwork in numerous galleries, stores, and coffee shops. Tracy has also owned an art gallery in Texas, as well as starting The Crazy Daisy in Seattle. The Crazy Daisy was a gift shop that showcased the artwork of over 60 artists at any given time. Since selling the store in 2001, Tracy has committed her time to her six children and her non-profit organization, Open Arms Campaign.
